Four ways to get on the table, from thirty dollars to a hundred and sixty. Pick the one that matches what you have got going on, not the one that matches your budget; the intern session is a real session and not a lesser one.

What Reiki actually is, in plain terms: you stay clothed, you lie on a table, and a practitioner works with their hands on or just above you for the length of the session. There is nothing to do. Most people go somewhere between very relaxed and asleep. What people come in for is almost always the same handful of things, which is stress that has settled into the body, a stretch that has gone on too long, grief, a decision, or a general sense of being off in a way that does not have a name yet.

The Sessions

Reiki with Vivianna, $60, 30 minutes. Guided by intuition and by a long time watching how energy moves and where it gets stuck. For emotional stress, physical tension, or feeling off.

Reiki with an intern, $30, 30 minutes. Led by one of our interns, trained and attuned by Vivianna, who receives a personal debrief and mentorship afterward. The right first session if you are new or on a budget. Our interns are not practising on you, they are practising with you, and somebody is paying close attention to how it went.

Reiki and tarot with Vivianna, $90, 45 minutes. Time on the table, then a tarot or oracle reading to help you put words to whatever came up. Good for people in the middle of a transition.

Reiki and hapé with Vivianna, $160, 60 minutes. Traditional Reiki with a ceremonial application of hapé. The deepest of the four, and the one to choose when you are ready to put something down rather than just feel better for an afternoon. Read the hapé note below before you book this one.

Before You Book the Hapé Session

About hapé, before you book it. Hapé is a powdered snuff whose base is mapacho, Nicotiana rustica, which is a tobacco and which carries considerably more nicotine than the tobacco in cigarettes. It is blown into the nostrils. You must be 21 or over. Do not book this session if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition or an arrhythmia, if you have a seizure disorder, or if you take medication affected by nicotine, including some antidepressants and asthma medications. Common effects during a session include a racing heart, watering eyes, nausea and light-headedness. Tell us at booking if anything above applies to you.

Good to Know

You stay fully clothed. Reiki here means light, still hand placements; there is no massage and no manipulation of muscle or tissue, and we are glad to work entirely hands-off if you would prefer, just say. Wear something you can lie still in comfortably and arrive a few minutes early rather than exactly on the hour. All sessions are in person at Wild Raven's Nest, 602 N Rockwall Ave in Terrell.
