Tending your ancestors

Ancestor work can be as simple as a photo, a glass of water and a candle on a shelf. Add the things they loved: coffee, a flower from the yard, a song they sang off-key. Speak to them like family, because they are. Many traditions build from there, with offerings on certain days, herbs like mugwort and wormwood for the thresholds, and divination to hear what comes back.
