Satya Incense 15 Gr Palo Santo

Palo santo in a stick, warm and sweet with the citrus edge the raw wood has. Easier to keep lit than actual palo santo, which goes out roughly every ninety seconds and is charming exactly once.

What Is In It

Satya has been made in Bangalore since the 1960s and is the most recognized incense in the world, which is a strange thing to be able to say about a stick of scented bamboo and yet here we are. Hand rolled from natural resins, gums, flowers and essential oils. Sold as a single 15 gram box. Because it is sold by weight rather than by count, the number of sticks varies a little from box to box.

What It Means

Holy wood. Used for cleansing and prayer across South American traditions, and gentler than sage. Where sage strips a room, palo santo makes it somewhere you would want to stay.

Safety

Burn on a heat safe holder in a ventilated room. Never leave burning incense unattended, keep it away from children, pets, and anything flammable, and let the ash cool fully before you empty it.
