Satya Incense 15 gr Golden Sandalwood

The fuller cut of Satya's sandalwood, sweeter and rounder, with more resin behind it. Side by side with the standard sandalwood the difference is obvious: this one has body where the other has air.

What Is In It

Satya has been made in Bangalore since the 1960s and is the most recognized incense in the world, which is a strange thing to be able to say about a stick of scented bamboo and yet here we are. Hand rolled from natural resins, gums, flowers and essential oils. Sold as a single 15 gram box. Because it is sold by weight rather than by count, the number of sticks varies a little from box to box.

What It Means

Same associations as sandalwood, the Moon and water, meditation and remembrance, but with enough weight to carry a longer sitting. Practitioners who burn sandalwood daily tend to prefer this one.

Safety

Burn on a heat safe holder in a ventilated room. Never leave burning incense unattended, keep it away from children, pets, and anything flammable, and let the ash cool fully before you empty it.
