What Is In It
A blend of organic essential oils in Plant Therapy's proportions, built on warming and cooling notes together.

How It Is Used
Usually diluted into a carrier oil for massage rather than diffused, though it works either way. Its warmth is the point.

How to Work With It

• Dilute into a carrier oil at 2 percent for massage.
• Diffuse after physical work or a long day on your feet.
• Blend into a bath with a carrier, never neat.
• Patch test first. It is warm on skin.
