Pairing sequences with spells and rituals, Magick from the Mat runs through the history of both practices and shows how a contemporary practitioner can deepen witchcraft through yoga, whether or not you have done either before. Professional witch and yoga teacher Casey Giovinco gives more than sixty poses with illustrations, working on personal power, balance, longevity and confidence.

There are ways to work with intuition, to work the elements into a session, and dozens of exercises and sequences built around chakra work, meditation, astral travel and sabbat celebration.
