Triple Moon Pentagram Tapestry

The triple moon and the pentagram, printed on cotton at 60 by 90 inches. Two of the most legible symbols in the craft on one piece, which makes it the tapestry that says most clearly what a room is for.

The triple moon is waxing, full and waning: the maiden, mother and crone framing that Robert Graves set out in 1948 and that modern witchcraft took up wholesale. The pentacle is the four elements with spirit at the top. Neither is ancient in the form printed here, and both are doing real work on a wall anyway. Hang it, put it on a bed, throw it over a table for a reading, or take it outside as a blanket. At 60 by 90 it covers a twin bed and it covers most of a wall.

Good to Know

Cotton, printed and finished by hand, 60 by 90 inches. Cold wash and line dry. Printed cotton softens and settles a shade over the first few washes, which is normal and is why it drapes better in a year than it does out of the packet.
