Reversing 7 Day Jar Candle

Reversing work does not absorb and it does not block. It turns something around and sends it back the way it came. You burn a reversing candle when you are reasonably sure that what you are dealing with came from a person rather than from circumstance, and when you would rather return it than carry it.

Two colors of wax in a clear jar, 8.25 by 2.5 inches, single wick, roughly seven days. The graphics on the front are there to hold your focus on the intent, which matters over a week long burn when attention naturally wanders.

How to Work It

Cleanse yourself first. Then be precise: you are returning what was sent, not adding to it, and most traditions are clear that a reversal which becomes an attack stops being a reversal. Name what you are sending back. Burn it where you can watch it and read the jar as it goes, since a heavily smoked glass is traditionally taken as a sign the work is meeting resistance. Dispose of the remains off your property.

Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and anything flammable, and set the jar on a heat safe surface. Glass gets hot. Stop burning when about half an inch of wax remains.
