Red gives it heat and urgency. This is not the gentle version of the working, so if the situation calls for patience rather than pressure, a pink figure pair will serve you better.

How to Work It

Name both figures out loud and carve each name into its own side. Dress the wax with oil, working inward toward the space between them. Some practitioners move the candle a little closer to a photograph or a written petition each night as it burns. Be honest with yourself about whether you are asking for reconnection or asking someone to override their own decision, because the first is a working and the second rarely ends well.
