A solid copper cuff engraved with elephants and rope patterning, open at the back and adjustable by hand.
The elephant carries luck across more traditions than almost any other animal. In Hindu practice Ganesha is the remover of obstacles and the one addressed before anything begins; in Thai and Burmese usage a white elephant is a royal omen; in Western folk custom the trunk gets turned up to hold the luck in, which is a much later and much smaller idea but a stubborn one.
On copper it sits well, since copper is the Venus metal and the two associations point the same way: things going well, doors opening, obstacles moving.
