Food Resonance Workshop
Description
November 14th
You leave able to test food, supplements or anything else you are about to consume, using a specific biofield tool, in under a minute per item.
What you will cover: how to build a repeatable way of checking in with yourself about a food, fast enough that you would actually do it standing in a supermarket; how to keep notes on your own responses that you can act on later; and how to apply the same approach to supplements and anything else you take.
Being straight with you about what this is: biofield testing is a practice in the complementary tradition, not a clinical diagnostic, and nobody here is going to tell you otherwise. It is a tool for paying closer attention to your own responses, which is a reasonable thing to get better at. If you have a diagnosed condition or a real allergy, that stays with your doctor.
People generally come to this after a long stretch of feeling wrong after eating and getting nowhere by guessing.
Good to Know
Twenty-five dollars. No experience needed. All sessions are in person at Wild Raven's Nest, 602 N Rockwall Ave in Terrell.
This is not a medical test, a diagnosis, or a substitute for allergy testing, and nothing here identifies an allergen. If you suspect an allergy or an intolerance, that is a conversation for a doctor. Anything to do with what your animals eat stays with your vet.
Try It With
a guidance session if this turns out to be the start of a bigger interest in how you read your own signals. More on the calendar and classes and workshops.
