Description
The snowflakes are cristobalite, a high temperature form of silica that started to crystallise inside the glass before it finished cooling. Obsidian is glass precisely because nothing had time to crystallise, so every white bloom in this stone is a small failure of that, caught part way.

Raw Snowflake Obsidian reveals destructive patterns while maintaining emotional balance. Its contrasting white inclusions symbolize light within shadow, helping integrate both aspects of the self.

This stone supports releasing harmful habits and emotional cycles without overwhelming intensity. It strengthens the Root Chakra, providing stability during self examination and growth.
