This foundational workshop is designed to help you move past the blank-page feeling and actually begin building a grimoire that feels personal, useful, and entirely your own.

We’ll start by looking at the kinds of things you may want to include, loosely planning out sections and pages, and penciling in ideas so your book has a little structure without feeling rigid. From there, we’ll create our opening and title pages together and begin bringing the book to life.

Think part grimoire, part scrapbook, part junk journal, and part creative practice. We’ll have paper, printed elements, glue, washi tape, pens, markers, and other supplies available so you can make your pages as simple or elaborate as you like. You do not need beautiful handwriting, artistic experience, or a perfectly planned vision. Cutting, layering, writing, sketching, collaging, and using pre-printed pieces are all welcome.

The goal of this first gathering is simple: begin the book.

Future Grimoire Workshops will continue building from that foundation, with each class exploring a different topic or section together. We’ll learn a little, create a little, and slowly build a living reference book filled with the practices, knowledge, symbolism, rituals, and ideas that matter to you.
