Organic Tension Ease™ Essential Oil Blend 10 ml

Plant Therapy's Organic Tension Ease blend, in a 10 ml bottle. How to Use It

A few drops in a water diffuser in the evening, or in a desk diffuser through a long afternoon. For skin, dilute it in a carrier oil first and patch test, then work a little into the temples, the base of the skull and across the tops of the shoulders. A drop on a cotton ball on the nightstand works too.

Good to Know

Essential oils are concentrated: dilute before any skin use, keep them external only and away from the eyes, and check with your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, or diffusing around small children or pets.
