Road opener work is for when nothing is exactly wrong and nothing will move either. The application that goes unanswered, the conversation that keeps not happening, the month where every door is technically open and none of them lead anywhere.

The three herbs are a sensible set for it. Lemon balm lifts, yarrow is the one carried for courage going into something, and rosehip is what is left of the flower after the season has turned, which is the whole idea in one object.

What You Are Getting

Two hand dipped beeswax tapers, roughly six inches, up to six hours of burn each. Hand dipping means they are irregular and can vary by as much as an inch in length. That is how you know nobody molded them.

No dye and no added fragrance. Beeswax has a higher melting point than paraffin, so it burns slower and lasts longer, and it smells faintly of honey on its own. That is the point of paying for it.

Safety

Dressed candles carry dry herb on the wax and they can flare. Keep the flame in sight, set the candle in a holder that catches drip on a heatproof surface, and keep it away from drafts, curtains, children and pets. Trim the wick to a quarter inch before each burn. Never leave it burning unattended.
