Description
Angelite is anhydrite: calcium sulfate without the water, in the massive fine grained blue Peruvian form. Nothing about it is compressed, whatever the trade name implies. Left in water long enough it takes water back at the surface and turns toward gypsum, slowly rather than instantly, and that is still the reason this one has a hard care rule attached.
The pale blue is soft and faintly mottled, and it looks like a sky that has not decided yet.
It is worked for contact: with guides, with the dead, with whatever a person's practice puts on the other side of the conversation. The throat association is the one people underuse, because angelite is also worked for saying a difficult thing kindly.
How to Wear It
- Never soak it. Wipe it dry if it gets wet, and cleanse it with smoke or sound rather than water.
- Wear it for the conversation you want to have gently.
- Keep it on for meditation if guidance work is part of your practice.
