Lemon Balm. Restores joy. Bright lemon over the florals.

Cinnamon. Fast money and warding, and a warm spice underneath.

Cardamom. Favour and sweetness, floral and unmistakable.

To Brew

One tablespoon per cup. Pour water just off the boil and steep five to seven minutes, longer if you want it stronger. Strain and sweeten to taste.
