Selenite Orange 3-4 inch

A 3 to 4 inch rough piece of orange selenite, the warm cousin of the white selenite everyone keeps for clearing a room. It does the same clearing work with some heat behind it, which makes it the piece for a desk where a project has stalled or anywhere you need a push to get started.

White selenite sweeps a space clean and leaves it neutral. The orange adds the Sun to that: solar gods like Helios and Ra, the fire signs Leo and Aries, and the sacral and solar plexus chakras where drive lives. The color is generally put down to iron and clay caught in the crystal as it grew, so no two pieces are the same shade. It is a stone for self trust, motivation and the kind of joy that gets things done.

How to Work It

Set it on your workspace to keep the energy moving, or in a shared room to make the place feel welcoming. Hold it in meditation over the sacral or solar plexus when you want to wake up your drive. On an altar or by the bed, use it to set intentions you mean to act on.

Good to Know

Each piece is 3 to 4 inches long and picked by hand, so yours will not match the photo exactly. Selenite is soft and water will dull it, so clear it with smoke, sound or moonlight, never a rinse.
