Egyptian Pyramid Gypsum Golden
Description
A golden gypsum pyramid covered in hieroglyphs and the gods of Egypt. It is a small, solid piece for an altar or a shelf, and the pyramid is one of the oldest shapes there is for protection and standing firm, which is the reason to want one on yours. The gold catches lamplight.
In Egypt the pyramid was built to guard what lay inside it and to hold the soul steady on its way onward, and the shape still carries that meaning: a wide base, a single point, nothing that can be knocked over. Gypsum is the same mineral as selenite and soft enough to carve with a knife, which is why it has been used for detailed figures since antiquity, and why this one carries so much detail.
How to Work It
Use it as the anchor stone of a grid with the point sending energy up and out, set it at the center of a protection working, or keep it on a desk where you need to feel anchored. On an Egyptian altar it sits well at the feet of Isis or Anubis.
Try It With
Set it beside a Clear Quartz generator for grid work. Browse all crystals and read our guide to building an altar.
Good to Know
Crafted gypsum with a golden finish; the detail varies a little from piece to piece. Gypsum takes on water over time; keep it on a dry shelf, dust it with a soft brush and never rinse it.
