Full Moon Circle

Our Full Moon Circle is a space to reconnect with the part of you that already knows what needs to be released, reclaimed, or rewritten. We work with the moon’s brightest phase, using its light as a mirror. 

Expect a mix of reflection, intention-setting, breathwork, and a simple hands-on practice you can take home with you. Bring a journal, your favorite crystal or totem if you feel called, and a willingness to follow your intuition. The circle always meets you exactly where you are.
