Fruit-forward and lightly spiced over black tea, built to be brewed in sunlight rather than boiling water. A slow tea for a slow afternoon.

What's In It

Black Currant. Deep, dark and tart — the fruit note the blend is built on.

Orange Peel. Attracts joy. Bright citrus oil over the top.

Cinnamon. Warmth and fast money, a soft spice underneath.

Black Tea. Camellia sinensis. The malty base that carries everything else.

To Brew

Sun method: one tablespoon per cup of water in a clear jar, left in direct sun three to five hours, then strained and chilled. Or brew conventionally at one tablespoon per cup for four minutes.
