Porcupine Quill Dip Pen | For Petitions, Sigils & Spell Writing
Description
A feather quill is romantic, but it is soft. A porcupine quill is not. This dip pen is made from a real porcupine quill, hollow and naturally firm, so it holds ink well and writes a clean, confident line on parchment. If you have ever fought a feather through a petition and ended up with blots, this is the fix.
Porcupines carry their own meaning too. The quill is a defense that never attacks first, which makes this a fitting tool for protection petitions and boundary work, and a good pen to keep on the altar for anything you write in ink you have set aside for magic. Dip the tip, tap off the excess, and write. Rinse and dry after each use so the ink does not crust in the tip.
It pairs with any of our writing kits: Dragon's Blood, Dove's Blood, Bat's Blood, or Money Drawing. Each quill is natural, so length and coloring vary.
