Flying Wish Paper turns writing something down into a small ceremony. You write the wish, roll it, burn it, and the ash lifts and flies. It is the cleanest version of the oldest idea in petition magic: say the thing, and then let it go somewhere you cannot follow.

Blue Moon is the one that fits an existing practice rather than starting a new one. Fifteen sheets is a wish at every full moon for more than a year, which makes it the kit to keep on the altar rather than use up in one evening.

What You Are Getting

Fifteen Wish Paper sheets, five matching launching platforms, a gold pencil and an illustrated instruction sheet, in a mini kit. Hand assembled in Portland, Oregon.

How to Use It

Write the wish on the sheet. Roll it into a tube, stand it on the platform, and light the top edge. It burns down, and in the last second the ash lifts off the platform and flies. That is the whole trick and it is genuinely startling the first time.
Do it over the platform on a heatproof surface, away from anything that can catch, and with no ceiling fan running. Outdoors on a still evening is better than indoors.

Safety

There is a moment of open flame and a piece of burning ash that leaves the platform. Keep it away from curtains, hair, paper and anything else that catches, do it over a heatproof surface, and have water to hand. Not for children to do unsupervised.
