Yin yoga focuses on increasing mobility in connective tissues and deep fascial networks, through long held poses, utilizing props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to comfortably support your muscles, allowing gravity to do the work. The gentle yoga portion will include somatic movement sequences/intuitive movement woven in between the yin poses with mindful pacing and plenty of options to perfectly tailor your practice to your unique energy level.
